Art & Soul of the Catskills is a two day event from August 2-3, filled with visual and literary art, food, and music designed to stimulate the soul. Fly Creek Cider Mill invites Salsa lovers to sample Apple Salsa, blending just the right amount of peppers and herbs with sweet New York apples to top everything from burgers to chips on August 23.  Then on August 30-31, the Mill’s Chef Tom will help you create quick specialty dishes with lots of sampling opportunities available!
