While you're in the Greater Niagara Region, you can bet that you’ll want to visit the Seneca Niagara Casino in Niagara Falls.  The casino is a man-made wonder with more than 4,000 reel and video slot machines, table games, fabulous restaurants and world-class live entertainment.

In 1921, Father Baker of Lackawanna shared his ambitious dream at a parish council meeting and a masterpiece was completed in 1925. Our Lady of Victory Basilica & National Shrine is a true architectural wonder.   The shrine is a place of wondrous beauty, with hundreds of paintings, sculptures and mosaics that dazzle the senses and evoke awe.

The Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo has an outstanding display of modern art.  Take a tour of the 1899 tri-domed glass conservatory building at the Buffalo Botanical Garden, a fantastic way to enjoy nature in the Victorian-style gardens.  You can experience 19th-century life in the Niagara Frontier by touring historic homes, churches and a one-room schoolhouse on the beautiful 35-acre grounds of the Amherst Museum.

If you like sports, catch the NFL’s Buffalo Bills at a home game in Orchard Park, watch a minor league baseball game with the Bisons at Dunn Tire Park or perhaps seeing the NHL’s Buffalo Sabres hockey team may be your goal.  Golfers can swing into one of the four local courses for a morning tee time or take advantage of being in an angler’s paradise aboard a fishing charter boat.  The Seven Seas Sailing Center offers sailboat rentals and lessons, as well as romantic sunset charters.

A multitude of shopping experiences await you throughout the region from malls and outlets to the Broadway Market, the largest indoor public market in upstate New York.  Established in 1888, the market is famous for its old-world ethnic shopping atmosphere.   You’re also only a short distance from some of New York State's finests wineries!
